1. Who is the team behind Veheri?

Veheri Teleradiology and Education was founded by veterinarian and founder of DiploVets, Dr Oliver Gehrig, to optimise collaboration between veterinarians in the field of imaging and patient care. You can find the entire team behind Veheri under ‘About us’.


2. What is Teleradiology?

Teleradiology refers to the transmission of radiological image data (CT, MRI, X-ray) to external specialists for diagnosis – regardless of the location and time of the examination. This is done easily and conveniently viahttps://diagnostics.veheri.com/login. After registering we will activate your account free of charge (only available to veterinary staff), you can upload your first case immediately.


3. What are the advantages of Veheri's teleradiology service?

4. Who is teleradiology suitable for?

Whether for individual cases or as a permanent diagnostic service, teleradiology is useful for all practices and clinics that want X-rays, CTs and MRIs to be reported by trained radiologists.

2. How quickly are the reports delivered?

Fast reports – flexible as required. We distinguish between standard cases (within 24 hours) and express cases(within 6 hours). You will often receive your reports even faster. For X-ray images, our Fast Lane option is also available – with a processing time of less than 2 hours.


3. Can teleradiology also be used in emergency services?

Yes, thanks to 24/7 availability, rapid diagnosis is also possible in emergencies. In very urgent cases, you can also contact us directly and we will prioritise your case.


4. Who diagnoses my images?

Our team consists of radiologists and neurologists. When placing your order,y ou can decide:Option ‘Only Diplomats’: Here you will receive your reports exclusively from Diplomates of the ECVDI or ACVR or Diplomates in Neurology. Option ‘All Specialists’: You will receive a report from a ‘Senior Resident’ (Resident of the ECVDI or ECVN, at least in their 2nd year of Residency), a professor or state-certified veterinary specialist.


5. Which animal species are diagnosed?

All! We offer reports for all animal species (small animals, exotic animals,equines, etc.).

1. How is image data transferred from my practice/clinic?

Individual cases can be uploaded directly to the platform in DICOM format. If you send cases regularly, we recommend setting up a direct connection. But don't worry, you don't need to be a technical expert to do this. Our IT team will support you every step of the way.


2. Is there support available for technical problems?

Of course, our team is available to answer questions and provide assistance. Either by email at support@veheri.com or by telephone on +49 7248 9345933.


3. Where is the data stored?

Exclusively in certified data centres within Germany.


4. Is data transmission secure?

Yes, transmission is encrypted in accordance with current security standards and the platform is certified (including ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance).


5. How do I receive my reports?

The reports will be sent to you directly by email. All reports are visible in your customer account at any time and are available for download.You also have the option of specifying an additional email address for your reports in each individual case.


6. In which languages can I receive my reports?

The original reports are written in English. On request, it is also possible to have the original reports written in German.You also have the option of downloading your report as a translation in Spanish,German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish and Czech without any loss of information.

1. How does the cooperation work?

Once you have created your free account and we have verified it, you can immediately start transferring studies via web upload (i.e. directly on the platform) or Weblink. To connect your modalities or PAC directly, please email us at info@veheri.com or use our contact form.


2. Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You are completely free of commitments or monthly instalments. You only pay for the cases you send us.


3. How do I receive my invoice?

We always send you your invoice by email at the beginning of the following month. You can see a detailed list of your orders and costs in your account.


4. How much does teleradiology cost?

The costs depend on the region, modality, urgency and the selected group of experts. Please don't hesitate to request our price list via info@veheri.com.

1. As a pet owner, can I request a teleradiology report directly?

No. Our service is exclusively for veterinarians and specialist staff.


2. Will I receive the report personally?

The report will be sent to your treating veterinarian. You can view it there or discuss the report with your veterinarian.
